While the vast majority of wireless sensors are not suitable for harsh industrial environment, the BeanDevice® AX-3D 2.4GHz integrates an innovative antenna diversity design, boosting the radio link quality in environments subject to random and diverse disturbances. Antenna Diversity improves both the quality and reliability of a wireless link by 30%.
Available in four versions (measurement range: ±2g or ±10g, mounting process: screw or magnetic), the BeanDevice® 2.4GHz AX-3D XRange is a wireless vibration sensor with built-in data logger.
Characterized by a waterproof (IP67/Nema 6) and a lightweight aluminum casing (100x71x38mm), an ultra-low power, a very low noise (35 µg/√Hz for ±2g version), an integrated data logger that can store up to 8 million data logs, this wireless vibration sensor is well suited for acceleration and velocity monitoring.
The combination of a 5th order anti-aliasing filter (remotely programmable by the user) and a software IIR filter enables a seamless operation on a harsh environment (construction site, structural monitoring).
Compared to the standard version, the BeanDevice® 2.4GHz AX-3D XRange comes with screw/magnetic mounting and a higher data logger capacity.
Our outstanding TimeSync® function allows to reach a time-synchronization of ±2.5ms over the wireless sensor networks. It contributes to enhance user experience about data fusion and modal analysis.
The BeanScape® 2.4GHz (except Manager and Basic versions), a supervision software dedicated to Beanair® WSN comes with a complete vibration analysis report:
Automatic FFT (with PPV values) and Velocity reports (meeting the DIN4150-3 standard)
Alarm generation by email when a trigger is reached
