While the vast majority of wireless sensors are not suitable for harsh industrial environment, the BeanDevice® 2.4GHz AX-3DS integrates an innovative antenna diversity design, boosting the radio link quality in environments subject to random and diverse disturbances. Antenna Diversity improves both the quality and reliability of a wireless link by 30%.
The SSD (Smart Shock Detection) technology allows the BeanDevice® 2.4GHz AX-3DS to wake up from a deep sleep mode whenever a shock event is detected and transmits instantly measurement data to the BeanGateway® 2.4GHz (Wireless Coordinator). With a wakeup time less than 10ms, the BeanDevice® 2.4GHz AX-3DS can quickly track and monitor any type of shock event. The user can configure the shock threshold and time hysteresis from the highly versatile BeanScape® 2.4GHz monitoring software.
Available in several versions (measurement range: ±2/4/8g or ±6/12/24g), the BeanDevice® 2.4GHz AX-3DS is a wireless accelerometer dedicated to shock measurement with integrated data logger.
Characterized by a waterproof (IP67/Nema 6) and a lightweight aluminum casing (80x55x36mm, 155g), an ultra-low power (30 µA in sleeping mode), an integrated data logger that can store up to 1 million data logs, as well as a tiny radome omni antenna enabling a maximum wireless range of 500 meters (L.O.S.), this wireless accelerometer is well suited for all types of industrial applications.
